Dr Vivian Foo attained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from National University of Singapore. During her school days, she had the opportunity to serve on a mission trip to Myanmar, delivering basic dental care to rural areas.

Upon graduation, she worked at National Healthcare Group Polyclinics, Singhealth polyclinics, Health Promotion Board and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Serving at different institutions of the public health sector had allowed her to gain much experience in various fields of dentistry. She had also served in the Singapore Armed Forces as dental officer in charge at Paya Lebar Airbase Dental Centre, where she focused on honing her skills in oral surgical procedures. Additionally, Dr Vivian volunteered at Healthserve to provide dental care to migrant workers.

Dedicated to ensuring holistic care for her patients, Dr Vivian firmly believes in providing a gentle and stress free dental experience. She values continuing professional education and has attended courses and conferences both locally and internationally to stay relevant with the latest developments in dentistry.

Beyond work hours, she enjoys travelling, pottery and spending time with her loved ones.
